# Services on Top of the Solution

On top of the core platform, and with the intent of providing the best user experience while addressing needs identified by our users, we are developing complementary services that utilize the GenWealth Dapp in the background.

One identified problem is transferring crypto to users who are not tech- or web3-savvy. To address this, we are creating a service that:

* Leverages the Dapp for secure custody and beneficiary assignment while the owner is alive.
* Allows tech-savvy beneficiaries to claim directly from the Dapp.
* Provides an assisted service for non-tech-savvy beneficiaries where GenWealth enters into a contract to:
  * Assist beneficiaries in creating wallets and claiming their inheritance,
  * Sell those assets if requested, and
  * Transfer the resulting value into the beneficiary’s bank account.

We will offer two modes for this service:

* An educational option: support and guidance (for example, via video call) where beneficiaries are guided through the process.
* A full-service option: GenWealth acts as an assistant executor to the smart contract and completes the actions on behalf of the beneficiary.

Liability and guarantees

* This service includes a two-times liability clause: if we fail to deliver our part and the beneficiary does not receive the full value they are entitled to as part of the inheritance, GenWealth is liable to pay twice the value the beneficiary stands to inherit.
* This clause is intended to strongly incentivize correct execution and provide beneficiaries with security that they will receive either the intended amount or twice that value.

Other services

* Additional services will be made available either directly through GenWealth or via partners, such as accredited inheritance professionals operating in different regions.
